Indergiri Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution passed on 29 June 2015, have approved the appointment of Vinod Kumar Sharma as a Chairman of the Company to ensure compliance with the Clause 49(1)(A) of the Listing Agreement.
