Foreign exchange reserves dips by US$ 30.81 billion over March 2018

India's foreign exchange reserves were flat at US$ 393.73 billion in the week ended 07 December 2018. The foreign exchange reserves had stood at US$ 393.72 a week ago.

Within the foreign exchange reserves, the foreign currency assets were flat at US$ 368.50 billion in the week ended 07 December 2018. The gold assets were also flat at US$ 21.15 billion and SDRs at US$ 1.46 billion in the week ended 07 December 2018.

India's foreign exchange reserves have dipped by US$ 30.81 billion over March 2018 and US$ 7.16 billion over a year ago level, mainly driven by the decline in foreign currency assets.
