India's forex reserves jumps by US$ 5.697 billion in the week ended 06 March

India's foreign exchange reserves jumped by US$ 5.70 billion to US$ 487.24 billion in the week ended 06 March 2020. The foreign exchange reserves had stood at US$ 481.54 a week ago.

Within the foreign exchange reserves, the foreign currency assets moved up to US$ 451.14 billion in the week ended 06 March 2020 from US$ 445.82 billion a week ago.

The gold asset also increased to US$ 31.00 billion from US$ 30.68 billion a week ago.

SDRs were flat at US$ 1.45 billion in the week ended 06 March 2020.

 

India's foreign exchange reserves have increased by US$ 74.37 billion over March 2019, while jumped US$ 85.20 billion over a year ago level.
