India's forex reserves jumps by US$ 3.689 billion in the week ended 03 January

India's foreign exchange reserves jumped by US$ 3.69 billion to US$ 461.16 billion in the week ended 03 January 2020. The foreign exchange reserves had stood at US$ 457.47 a week ago.

Within the foreign exchange reserves, the foreign currency assets moved up to US$ 427.95 billion in the week ended 03 January 2020 from US$ 424.94 billion a week ago.

The gold asset also increased to US$ 28.06 billion from US$ 27.39 billion a week ago.

SDRs were flat at US$ 1.45 billion in the week ended 03 January 2020.

 

India's foreign exchange reserves increased by US$ 48.29 billion over March 2019, while jumped US$ 65.07 billion over a year ago level.
