India's services export surges 20.4% to US$ 16.34 billion in January 2018

Services trade surplus improves to US$ 6.49 billion in January 2018

As per the data released by the Reserve Bank of India, India's services exports increased 20.4% to US$ 16.34 billion in January 2018 over January 2017. Meanwhile, India's services imports moved up 17.1% to US$ 9.85 billion in January 2018.

India's services trade surplus improved 25.8% to US$ 6.49 billion in January 2018 from US$ 5.16 billion in January 2017.

India's services trade surplus improved 7.4% to US$ 57.43 billion in April-December FY2017 over a year ago. India's services exports rose 6.6% to US$ 142.22 billion, while services imports increased 6% to US$ 84.79 billion in April-January 2018.
