India's services exports rise 15.9% in December 2017

Services trade surplus improves 18.9% to US$ 9.86 billion in December 2017

As per the data released by the Reserve Bank of India, India's services exports increased 15.9% to US$ 16.01 billion in December 2017 over December 2016. Meanwhile, India's services imports jumped 18.9% to US$ 9.86 billion in December 2017.

India's services trade surplus improved 11.5% to US$ 6.15 billion in December 2017 from US$ 5.51 billion in December 2016.

India's services trade surplus improved 5.4% to US$ 50.94 billion in April-December FY2017 over a year ago. India's services exports improved 5.0% to US$ 125.88 billion, while services imports moved up 4.7% to US$ 74.94 billion in April-December 2017.
