Services trade surplus improves 7.2% to US$ 7.05 billion in March 2020

As per the data released by the Reserve Bank of India, India's services exports increased 1.2% to US$ 18.16 billion in March 2020 over March 2019. Meanwhile, India's services imports declined 2.2% to US$ 11.11 billion in March 2020.

India's services trade surplus improved 7.2% to US$ 7.05 billion in March 2020 from US$ 6.58 billion in March 2019.

India's services trade surplus moved up 2.1% to US$ 80.07 billion in April-March 2020 over a year ago, with 7.8% rise in services exports to US$ 220.73 billion. India's services imports moved up 11.3% to US$ 140.65 billion in April-March 2020.
