Indiabulls Housing Finance has issued and allotted 1,02,740 (One Lakh Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.
