Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 04 June 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 1,66,603 Equity shares of face value Rs 2 each (being 1,30,000 Equity Shares issued upon conversion of warrants and the balance 36,603 Equity Shares issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company).Consequent to the said allotments, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 66.83 crore divided into 33,41,61.071 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to Rs 66.86 crore divided into 33,43,27,674 Equity of face value Rs 2 each.
