Under ESOP
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 03 December 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 30,587 (Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Seven) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,03,07,756/- divided into 35,51,53,878 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
