On conversion of warrants
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 06 April 2015, the Company, has issued and allotted 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,11,68,932/- divided into 35,55,84,466 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
