On conversion of warrants
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 13 July 2015, the Company, has issued and allotted 49,700 (Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,14,16,828/- divided into 35,57,08,414 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
