Indiabulls Housing Finance declares third interim dividend

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that the directors in the board meeting held on 22 January 2014 have declared a third interim dividend of Rs 7 per equity share on the face value of Rs 2 per share for the financial year 2013-2014. The dividend will be paid on or before 20 February 2014.
