Among the other constituents of the index, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd decreased 4.14% and Oberoi Realty Ltd lost 3.25% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 27.66 % over last one year compared to the 8.59% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
