On conversion of warrants
Indiabulls Ventures announced that on 01 April 2015, the Company, has issued and allotted 1,08.28,784 (One Crore Eight Lacs Twenty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Four) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of equivalent number of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 58,43,26,164/- divided into 29,21,63,082 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
