Under ESOP
Indiabulls Wholesale Services announced that upon exercise of stock options, vested in terms of IBWSL ESOP-2011, by certain eligible employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on 22 August 2014, allotted an aggregate of 1,56,700 (One Lac Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,11,23,586/- divided into 5,05,61,793 of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,14,36,986/- divided into 5,07,18,493 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
