Indian Bank announced that, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-Section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 / 1980, read with sub-clause (1) of Clause 3 of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 / 1980, the Central Government has, vide Notification dated 16 November 2016, nominated J K Dash, CGM and Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad as Director (RBI Nominee) of Indian Bank, in place of B P Vijayendra with immediate effect and until further orders.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
