Indian Oil Corporation announced that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) has appointed the following Statutory Auditors for IndianOil for the financial year 2015-16:-1. M/s J.Gupta & Co., Kolkata (existing Statutory Auditor)
2. M/s V.Shankar Aiyar & Co., Mumbai (in place of M/s Parakh & Co., Mumbai).
3. M/s S.K.Mehta & Co., New Delhi (in place of M/s Dass Gupta & Associates, New Delhi).
4. M/s C.K. Prusty & Associates, Bhubaneswar (new Statutory Auditor)
