With effect from 01 July 2014
Indian Oil Corporation announced the following changes in the Board of Directors :-Dr R K Malhotra, Director(R&D), who was also holding the additional charge of Chairman, superannuated from the services of the Corporation on 30 June 2014 and hence, ceased to be the Director of the Corporation. A M K Sinha, Director(P&BD) has been given the additional charge of Chairman, IndianOil effective 01 July 2014, in addition to his existing duties.
Rajkumar Ghosh, Director(Refineries) has superannuated from the services of the Corporation on 30 June 2014 and therefore, ceased to be Director of the Corporation. Sanjiv Singh has been appointed as Director (Refineries) w.e.f. 01 July 2014.
