Board meeting on 06 May 2013
The board meeting of Indo Thai Securities will be held on 06 May 2013 to consider and to approve the audited financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and for the year ended 31 March 2013.The board will also consider the matter of acceptance of resignation of Sanjay Parmar, independent non-executive director of the company, who has resigned from the board of directors of the company on 20 April 2013 and appointment of Sukrati Ranjan Solanki as an additional director of the company.
