For the Audited full year,net profit declined 20.73% to Rs 3.25 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 4.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 20.80% to Rs 23.38 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 29.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
