Scheme becomes effective 23 May 2018
Indsil Hydro Power & Manganese announced that pursuant to the sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Indsil Energy and Electrochemicals (Transferor Company) with Indsil Hydro Power & Manganese Limited (Transferee Company) vide Order of National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench dated 4 May 2018 and 8 May 2018, both the Transferor Company & Transferee Company have filed the said order with the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore on 23 May 2018.Accordingly, the effective date of the Scheme of Amalgamation shall be 23 May 2018 and as such Indsil Energy and Electrochemicals will be deemed to have been merged with the Company from the appointed date i.e., 1 April 2017.
