Gets NOC from MCA for change in name
Indus Finance Corporation announced that the Company has received NO OBJECTION letter from MCA for change of name of the Company to Indus Finance. As per the letter, the Company has been advised to complete the name changing process within 60 days effective 26 November 2014.
