Under ESOS
IndusInd Bank has allotted 14,16,970 (Forteen Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on 29 May 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's employee Stock Option Scheme.The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respect.
