Info Edge (India) purchase shares of Canvera Digital Technologies

Info Edge (India) announced that it has bought shares from certain angel investors for an amount worth Rs 15 million of Canvera Digital Technologies, which is engaged in the business of providing solutions to professional photographers. It owns and operates the website www.canvera.com. The aggregate investment including the above, is now Rs 435 million in Canvera Digital Technologies, which translates to about 27% stake in the company on a fully converted and diluted basis.
