With effect from 17 October 2014
Inlac Granston announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014 inter alia, has considered and approved the appointment of following Additional Independent Directors of the Company w.e.f. 17 October 2014: Hugo D'Souza, Neelkanth Vasudeo Iyer and Isha Indukumar Doshi.Consequently, the Board of Directors of the Company will henceforth consist of the following:- Binod Kumar Shroff, Pascoal Fernandes, Ghanshyamlal Srivastava, Hugu D'Souza, Neelkant Vasudeo Iyer and Isha Indukumar Doshi.
