Intellect Design Arena announced that the Authorised Share Capital of the company has been increased from Rs.75 crore to Rs.87.40 crore through the Scheme of Amalgamation between Indigo TX Software Private and Laser Soft Infosystems with Intellect Design Arena.The effective date of the merger is 31 July 2018 and the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Tamii Nadu, Chennai has updated the Authorised Share Capital in the Master data from Rs.75 crore to Rs.87.40 crore vide Clauses 11.2 and 11.3 of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
