InterGlobe Aviation announced that Pankaj Madan, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (the "Company"), vide his resignation letter dated 17 May 2016 has resigned from the Company.Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has, in its meeting held on 17 May 2016, approved the appointment of Rohit Philip as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 18 July 2016 for a period of 5 (Five) Years.
