Ion Exchange (India) announced that at the Employees' Stock Option Compensation Committee Meeting held on 24 May 2016, the Committee allotted 1,09,500 (One Lac Nine Thousand Five Hundred) Equity Shares to those employees who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
