IST announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Sarla Gupta as Additional Director / Woman Director ( Non-Executive, Non-independent) on the Board of the Company pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013.Further Marshal D. Keelor (Retd.), Independent Director on the Board of the Company has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Gurgaon InfoSpace, a subsidiary of the Company, pursuant to Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
