ITC has allotted 1,16,19,810 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 11,61,981 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.Consequently, with effect from 16 July, 2018, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1221,90,32,131/- divided into 1221,90,32,131 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
