ITC announced that the Company on 22 August 2016 issued and allotted 91,86,760 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 9,18,676 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.Consequently, with effect from 22 August 2016, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1209,96,17,481/- divided into 1209,96,17,481 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
