Jagan Lamps announced that the Company has appointed Alok Aggarwal as its Compliance officer in keeping with the Regulation 18A of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992.Further the Company has informed that, Alok Aggarwal is a new appointment with effect from 11 May 2014 / is a replacement in place of Suraj Prakash Aggarwal who has ceased to be the Company's compliance officer with effect from 31 March 2014 due to his death.
