Central Bank of India, Firstsource Solutions, Ujjivan Financial Services and Fortis Healthcare are among the other gainers in the BSE's 'A' group today, 30 August 2017.
Jaiprakash Associates rose 8.24% at Rs 23. The stock topped the gainers in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.05 crore shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 93.72 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Central Bank of India rose 8% at Rs 84.40. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 5.79 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.80 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Firstsource Solutions rose 6.36% at Rs 38.45. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 11.97 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 5.99 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Ujjivan Financial Services rose 6.01% at Rs 344.65. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 5.12 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.34 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Ujjivan Financial Services said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, was granted the 'Scheduled Bank' status with effect from 25 August 2017. The company made the announcement after market hours yesterday, 29 August 2017.
Fortis Healthcare rose 6% at Rs 152.85. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6.34 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 23.22 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
