Scheme becomes effect 01 September 2015
Jaiprakash Power Ventures announced that consequent upon filing of the Scheme of Arrangement with the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh on 01 September 2015, the said Scheme has since become effective. Accordingly, the businesses in relation to Company's Baspa-II Hydro Power Plant and Karcham Wangtoo Hydro Power Plant along with their assets, liabilities, rights, interests, obligations etc. stand transferred and vested in Himachal Baspa Power Company with effect from 01 September 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
