Japan share market finished session lower on Monday, 25 June 2018, as yen's strengthening against the dollar on the back of concerns over increasing trade friction between the United States with China and the European Union and other economies weighed on the market. Among TSE33 issues, land transportation, metal product, and textile and apparel-oriented issues being notable losers. The 225-issue Nikkei average lost 178.68 points, or 0.79%, to end at 22,338.15. The Topix index of all first-section issues was down 16.56 points, or 0.95%, at 1,728.27.
