Jet Airways hives off 'Jet Privilege' Frequent Flyer Programme

Share transfer executed on 24 March 2014

With reference to the earlier announcement dated 20 March 2014 informing therein that the Shareholders of the Company have approved the transfer of 'Jet Privilege' Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP) to Jet Privilege (JPPL) as also the further investment by the Company into JPPL.

Pursuant to the approval, Jet Airways has announced that the Board of Directors of JPPL has allotted on 24 March 2014 the 50.1% equity shares to Etihad Airways PJSC and 49.9% equity shares to Jet Airways (India).

Post the issue, Jet Privilege ceases to be a subsidiary Jet Airways (India).
