With effect frlom 18 March 2014
Jetking Infotrain announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 March 2014, have approved the appointment of Deepali Koneri as Company Secretary of the Company as per the Companies Act, 1956.The Board has also approved her appointment as Compliance Officer in terms of Listing Agreement in place of Suresh Bharwani (existing Compliance Officer) effective from 18 March 2014.
