Jindal Saw announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 17 May 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:To consider and take on record the audited financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended 31 March 2014.
To approve the audited financial statement of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014;
To recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the above year; and
To fix the date of next annual general meeting as well as book closure / record date.
