With reference to letter dated 12 April 2018
JSW Steel announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in its meeting held on 11 May 2018 considered the proposed combination and there is no appreciable adverse effect on competition. Further, the CCI has approved a consent given to proposed combination subject to Resolution Plan of the corporate insolvency resolution process of Mohnet Ispat and Energy as there is no any material development further.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
