Sales decline 15.31% to Rs 10471.21 crore
Net profit of JSW Steel rose 174.53% to Rs 171.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 62.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 15.31% to Rs 10471.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 12364.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 741.95 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 1796.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 20.81% to Rs 41217.30 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 52050.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
