At board meeting held on 23 May 2017
Jubilant Life Sciences announced that the Board has, at its meeting held on 23 May 2017, appointed the following Additional Directors effective from 23 May 2017:1. Vivek Mehra and Sushil Kumar Roongta as Independent Directors.
2. Priyavrat Bhartia and Arjun Shanker Bhartia as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors.
The above Directors shall hold office till the next Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and shall be eligible for appointment at the AGM.
