Just Dial announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Just Dial (Company) and Just Dial Global and their respective shareholders and creditors ("Scheme") on 22 March 2017. The Company is awaiting the receipt of the certified copy of the order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
