To Qualified Institutional Buyers
Jyoti Structures announced that a Committee of the Board of Directors by Resolution dated 29 September 2014, has allotted 2,33,87,018 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers pursuant to the provisions of Chapter VIII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 2,33,87,018 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 21,13,51,880 divided into 10,56,75,940 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
