For the Audited full year,net profit declined 60.69% to Rs 1.03 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 26.97% to Rs 439.94 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 602.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
