With effect from 16 November 2016
Kavit Industries announced that Yogendra Parmar, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the Company due to his pre-occupation, vide his letter dated 16 November 2016.Further the Company has informed that, the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on 21 November 2016 for considering the aforesaid resignation of Company Secretary. If Board finds the Obligations & responsibility of the Company Secretary in order then Yogendra Parmar will cease to be Compliance Officer and Company Secretary with effect from closing hours of 21 November 2016.
In the interim, till appointment of the new incumbent, Jayesh Thakkar, Managing Director of the Company will act as the Compliance Officer of Company.
