KEI Industries has allotted 5,79,000 Equity Shares of face value of 2/- each to the eligible employees under 'KEI Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2015' upon exercise of 5,79,000 Options at an exercise price of 35/- per Option/Equity Share. The said Equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.
Further, this is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 27 day of September 2019, has approved grant of 30,000 fresh stock options to the eligible employees of the Company at an exercise price of 225 (Rupees Two Hundred and Twenty-Five Only) under 'KEI Employee Stock Options Scheme-2015'.
