Khandelwal Extractions announced that there has been no change in the total shareholding position of the promoters after the transfer of 6000 shares by Nibha Khandelwal (promoter and person acting in concert) to Radha Rani Khandelwal (promoter arid person acting in concert).The shareholding of Radha Rani Khandelwal is 22,300 Equity shares (2.63%) and shareholding of Nibha Khandelwal amounts to Nil.
The total shareholding of the promoters remains same i.e. 326000 shares.
