Kiri Industries announced that the Company have received letter dated 01 December 2014 from Export Import Bank of India regarding withdrawal of their Nominee Director Harsha Bangari from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2014.Harsha Bangari was appointed as Nominee Director on behalf of Export Import Bank of India w.e.f. 13 May 2011.
