KLK Electrical announced that that under the power vested in the Registrar of Companies, Chennai (ROC) by virtue of section 96(1) of the Companies Act 2013, the ROC has granted an extension of three months for holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended on 31 March 2016. Accordingly the company will be holding its AGM on or before 31 December 2016.The date of AGM will be intimated in due course.
